You sign one contract, with Construct X Ltd (company number 14856704). We’re responsible for everyone who works on your home.

Paid in stages
After the deposit, you pay in stages as the work is done, so you never pay ahead of completed work.

Inspected as it’s built
Building Control, appointed by you, inspects the foundations, the steelwork and the insulation as the build progresses.

Covered after we finish
Our workmanship warranty covers structural work for 10 years, roofing for 5 years and electrical and plumbing work for 2 years.
